Frontier Radiology LLC (“Frontier Radiology”) is a healthcare provider and Covered Entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). Harrison.ai Services, Inc (“Harrison.ai Services”) provides non-clinical management, administrative, operational and technology services to Frontier Radiology as its management services organization (MSO). Frontier Radiology and Harrison.ai Services are committed to protecting the privacy of personal information entrusted to them. In this Privacy Notice, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Frontier Radiology and Harrison.ai Services, as applicable to the relevant activity.

This Privacy Notice explains how Frontier Radiology and Harrison.ai Services collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you:

engage with us as a radiologist, physician or healthcare professional;
engage with us as a hospital, health system or customer;

In this Privacy Notice, we refer to Frontier Radiology’s professional radiology and teleradiology services, together with the related administrative, management, operational and support services provided by Harrison.ai Services on Frontier Radiology’s behalf, as our “Services”.

This Privacy Notice applies to personal information collect by Frontier Radiology and by Harrison.ai Services on behalf of Frontier Radiology, including information collected directly from you, automatically or indirectly when you use our website or Services, and from third parties where permitted by law.

HIPAA

Frontier Radiology is a healthcare provider subject to HIPAA and other applicable US federal and state privacy laws. Harrison.ai Services acts as Frontier Radiology’s MSO and may perform administrative, operational and technology functions on Frontier Radiology’s behalf. To the extent Harrison.ai Services creates, receives, maintains or transmits Protected Health Information (PHI) on behalf of Frontier Radiology, it does so in its capacity as a service provider to Frontier Radiology and subject to applicable HIPAA requirements and contractual safeguards, including Business Associate obligations where applicable.

Where Frontier Radiology or Harrison.ai Services on Frontier Radiology’s behalf, receives, uses, discloses PHI, that PHI is handled in accordance with HIPAA, applicable state law and applicable contractual obligations.

By using our Services or otherwise interacting with Frontier Radiology or Harrison.ai Services in connection with the Services, your personal information will be handled as described in this Privacy Notice.

For the purpose of this Privacy Notice, “personal information” means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with an identified or identifiable natural person. Where applicable, this includes Protected Health Information regulated under HIPAA.

Where you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive SMS communications, Harrison.ai Services, acting as Frontier Radiology’s MSO and on Frontier Radiology’s behalf, may send text messages relating to:

Licensing
Privileging
Onboarding

Customer support
Other service-related communications associated with your professional engagement with Frontier Radiology or the Services

Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent before sending SMS communications. By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive SMS communications, you consent to Harrison.ai Services sending you text messages on behalf of Frontier Radiology relating to credentialing, licensing, privileging, onboarding, scheduling, document requests, customer support and other operational communications associated with the Services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP, where supported, or by contacting us using the contact details provided below.

6. Disclosure of personal information

Frontier Radiology and Harrison.ai Services may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice and consistent with their respective roles, including to:

Hospitals, health systems and other healthcare organizations

Credentialling verification organizations
Licensing and regulatory authorities

SMS Privacy

If you choose to receive SMS communications relating to Frontier Radiology’s Services, Harrison.ai Services will use your mobile phone number on Frontier Radiology’s behalf only for the purposes for which you have provided your consent.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Harrison.ai Services may disclose your mobile phone number and limited information necessary to facilitate SMS communications to trusted service providers engaged solely to deliver SMS messages on behalf of Frontier Radiology, or where disclosure is otherwise required or authorized by law. These service providers are contractually required to protect your information and may use it only to provide SMS delivery services for communications sent on Frontier Radiology’s behalf.

Neither Frontier Radiology or Harrison.ai Services sells or rent personal information, including mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information.

Where Harrison.ai Services receives a request concerning personal information it processes on Frontier Radiology’s behalf, it may refer or coordinate that request with Frontier Radiology as appropriate.

Where required by applicable law, Frontier Radiology may provide a separate Notice of Privacy Practices or state-specific privacy notice that supplements this Privacy Notice.
